Conduct thorough phone, video conference, and in-person screenings to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with recruiters to understand job order requirements and define the characteristics of an ideal candidate.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for various roles, with a focus on Final Expense closers and other sales professionals.
Source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing engines based on client needs.
