Address and resolve customer complaints related to product defects, tone variations, and installation issues.
Conduct site visits to assess customer concerns and provide technical support.
Identify and report quality defects, escalating concerns to the QA and production teams.
Coordinate with production and QA teams for quick resolution of aftersales issues.
Educate customers and dealers on proper tile handling, installation, and maintenance.
Maintain records of complaints, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Work with internal teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring quality issues.
Degree Title: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Career Level: Experienced Professional
