Job Description
Support in all OD projects, programs, and initiatives for the implementation of the Haier culture and values, employee engagement, leadership capability, and all employee development-related initiatives.
Promote a positive organizational culture by fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Support in employee development needs assessment process to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance.
Support in the evaluation of the Organization's current bench strength of division heads & department heads for readily available in Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3.
Support in Position planning and departmental structure management in accordance with business imperatives, ensuring alignment of each existing/new role with its designated successor.
Support in standardization of Position planning of WMTP.
