Job Description Arrange quotations, negotiate, and finalize prices with suppliers for resins and chemicals. Conduct monthly price analysis to monitor trends and maintain budget control. Identify and implement dual sourcing and resourcing strategies for cost reduction. Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing for new parts and materials based on R&D requirements. Develop and manage monthly raw material plans based on OPSI and BOM requirements. Issue purchase orders to third-source suppliers (WM) and follow up on order status. Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation in material planning. Negotiate prices and manage procurement for imported spare parts and machines, ensuring timely shipment and payment processing.
