Job Description Make sure the material consumption on the basis of BOM - Bill of Material (System vs Physical). Ensure what is required by production as per BOM standard for smooth process flow. Ensure the system quantity must be accurate as per physical requirement. Monitor the Stock Take Gap Analysis and its improvement. Competency in SAP to make sure input vs output material data is of 100% accuracy. System vs Physical consumption gap of material and its cost analysis. Excellence in Material Standard Audits Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis to make sure error free reconciliation of all materials.
