Generating invoices and account statements.
Maintaining the billing system.
Performing account reconciliations.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Producing monthly financial and management reports.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, and credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Generating reports and statements for internal use.
Degree Title: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
