Job Description Responsible for the end-to-end Operations Process of all Industrial (Oil & Gas) and Engineering, and other Clients’ business sector. Review, manage and timely process of all requests in a highly professional way fulfilling Clients and employees’ expectations. Scheduling meeting with new Clients to set a standard for smooth flow of every process like; Timesheet/Payroll Submission, Invoice issuance, Remittance and employees’ salary disbursement. Creates and maintains secure and confidential database and filling systems; ensures all necessary documentation is on file like; Client Monitoring sheet, Employees Request, Iqama renewal and other processes. Identifying the potential issues and provides the Supervisor with administrative support to close the issues on timely manner.
