Department Head - Treasury Operations
The Bank of Punjab (BOP)
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university. Strong background in Treasury operations, risk management, and compliance.
Experience: Minimum 08 years of banking experience Preferably 06 years in same role. Experience with financial instruments and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
Age: Up to 55 Years as of March 30, 2025.
Major Responsibilities:

To manage and oversee end-to-end Treasury back office operations, including trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing of treasury transactions (FX, Money Market, derivatives, securities), develop and implement efficient SOPs, and monitor operational risks with robust controls.
