Qualification: Master’s or 16 years of education in Law or Corporate Laws.

Responsibilities: Manage the legal and regulatory affairs of PHIMC, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Represent the company in litigation and legal proceedings, handling cases before judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative forums. Oversee and monitor all legal matters, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Provide legal opinions on laws, regulations, and policies relevant to PHIMC.
