Job Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, FB updates, Twitter updates, press releases, and podcasts).
Manage end-to-end digital projects & Campaigns.
Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness & progress among our stakeholders.
Maintain a strong online company voice through social media using all the popular communication mediums.
Liaise with other departments & teams to ensure brand consistency & frequent updates on social media.
Carry out surveys from time to time to get feedback and process complaints received on social media.
