For the management of the legal and regulatory affairs of PHIMC, including commercial and contractual obligations, delivery of high-quality legal services, etc.

Job Responsibilities

To handle all matters relating to the legal and regulatory affairs of PHIMC;
To manage and represent all litigation, lawsuits, and proceedings pending before any judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative forum against and by PHIMC and to take necessary action there to;
To ensure the effective legal services, support, and defense to PHIMC;
To ensure overall management, proper monitoring, and inspection of all legal and regulatory affairs of PHIMC, including litigation;
To devise a clear strategy for the arrangement of an expeditious disposal of legal affairs, particularly in handling of critical, high profile and important/ priority cases /matters;
