Tailor’s Hard Work Stolen as Eid Approaches in Karachi

As the joyous festival of Eid-ul-Fitr draws near, an unfortunate incident has cast a shadow over the preparations in Karachi’s Quaidabad area. A local tailor, Bahadur Ali, has been left devastated after two armed men stormed his shop and stole 80 stitched suits worth over Rs. 500,000.

The suits, carefully crafted for customers eagerly awaiting their Eid outfits, were meant to add joy to the celebrations. However, this brazen robbery has not only caused financial loss to the tailor but also left many customers in distress as their festive clothes were taken away just days before Eid.

Bahadur Ali, who had worked tirelessly to complete the orders, expressed his anguish over the incident. “These suits were stitched with hard work and love for my customers. Now, they have nothing to wear for Eid, and I have lost months of effort and income,” he lamented.

This shocking robbery highlights the increasing security concerns faced by small business owners, especially during festive seasons when tailors, jewelers, and shopkeepers handle high-value items.
