Ahead of the Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas expansion, Grinding Gear Games revealed some new POE Items in the game in an upcoming update. So many players want to POE Currency Buy to get more useful items in the game. One of them, the legendary Crystallized Omniscience Amulet, comes with a brand new mechanic: Omniscience.

So far, this amulet is the only item players know of that grant Omniscience or any related bonuses. The major effect of this mechanism is to convert all Attribute points into Omniscience. This means that characters wearing Crystallised Omniscience won’t gain any of the usual benefits associated with Attribute bonuses.

Strength modifiers will no longer grant maximum Life or increase melee Physical damage. Intelligence modifiers will no longer grant max Mana or increase max Energy Shield. Dexterity modifiers will no longer grant Accuracy or Evasion Rating bonuses. The compromise is the Elemental Resistance and Elemental Penetration bonuses that Omniscience grants itself.

Modifiers to Attributes include any effect imparted by equipment or Passive that affects the character Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity, or any combination of the three. Each class starts with 60 attribute points, so if players want to calculate their overall modifier value simply add up their total attribute points and subtract 60.
