Job Description Education: Minimum Graduate, preferably MBA Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Factory Environment. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation. Look after security related matter & maintenance of factory building. Record keeping of all company vehicles on periodical basis. Record keeping of insurance policies of commercial and non-commercial vehicles. Supervise water tanker, mineral water, sewerage, KESC, PTCL, Water Board & other utility bills. Vendor management of admin department. Manage all housekeeping activity of the premises. Look after canteen operations. Supervise all carpentry work, commentary work, plumber work, whitewash etc. Ensure implementation of OH&S (Occupational Health & Safety), EMS, FSMS and QMS.
