Both of these have provided me with a jaw-dropping experience when compared to Runescape

I'd like to climb at least 53 levels, so that all quests with farm requirements can be completed. I'm level 31 farming OSRS Power Leveling, and have a willow plant in Falador as well as an Apple tree in Catherbery. Do I have to plant fruit trees or trees as soon as they're fully established?
If I chop my willow to make logs, will ents and arms that break your axe pop out? I multi-task while on RS and break my axes so often I carry three rune axes on my inventory. Since I can easily reach them during my farm runs and include trees in Varrock, and a Gnome fruit tree to Gnome Strengthhold, I am planning to do so. I have plots at Port Phasmatys and Catherbery as well as East Ardougne and Draynor. I haven't tried hops or bushes until now.
I am currently in f2p. I've been learning str from 77-79 nearly 80. But I am quitting at age 80 as I want to learn different skills. I'm likely to become a member shortly and I would like to wear a skill cape. If I do get a skill cape i dont want fletching or cooking though simply because it's simple.
I would like my first 99 str to be special therefore I thought strength would be pretty decent. So how long would 80-99 str take and where to train? Depends on where you train buy osrs infernal cape, if you're willing to invest in pots or good food during your training and so on.
