Some dungeons in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim require that previous quest chains be completed before entering them. Other dungeons are required to complete your Karazhan attunement process.

Dungeons of Zangarmarsh
The Slave Pens at Coilfang Reservoir are numbers 62-64.
The Underbog at Coilfang Reservoir is 63-65 degrees Celsius.
The Steamvault at Coilfang Reservoir is located at 68-70.

Terokkar Forest Dungeons are a series of dungeons located in Terokkar Forest.
Auchindoun: Mana-Tombs (numbers 64-66).
Aberdeen: Auchenai Crypts (no. 65-67)
Auchindoun's Sethekk Halls are located at numbers 67-69.
Auchindoun: The Shadow Labyrinth (levels 69-70).

Tempest Keep Dungeons are a series of dungeons located in Tempest Keep.
Tempest Keep's Botanica has a population of 70 people.
Tempest Keep: The Mechanar has a level of 70.
Arcata (Tempest Keep): 70

Azeroth Dungeons are a series of dungeons in Azeroth.
Caverns of Time: Foothills of the Old Hillsbrad: 66-68
Caverns of Time: The Black Morass has a level of 70.

Another level 70 dungeon, Magisters' Terrace, will be available in the final phase of TBC Classic, Phase 5 when the Isle of Quel'danas is released.
